  1. Awesome! Looks like a great book. I just got into Yoga and it is wonderful! I feel so good after I do Yoga…I feel more connected to myself and my mental strength has become stronger 🙂

  2. Would be a great reference and complement for our prison visits where we include yoga in our mindfulness practice!

  3. This book would be wonderful to have. Because of my body shape, I struggle with having good posture. Yoga would be the best way to work with my posture issues.

  4. This appears to be an unique way of approaching mindfulness through the gateway of posture. I expect this to be a very interesting way to practice yoga as the union of opposites. Training body & mind in the yoga of integrated alignment. Perhaps this is where I may begin to understand the heart sutra essence?
