  1. This is my intention right now. A very full time job has resulted in a daily struggle to balance work and practice…knowing that peace/practice/buddha-hood IS every step…I still struggle.

  2. Talk like a Buddha, Lodro was at the Silicon Valley Shambhala Center in Mountain View, CA spinning his wheel and talking Buddhadharma, with much appreciation from the center.

  3. Be in the moment, thoughts drift by, noticed but not acted upon. Intention to not follow the thoughts or habitual patterns but to focus on the release of mental suffering in that moment. In each breath, in each action, in each step.

  4. The Buddhist nun who guides my meditation said she is married with children but does not sleep with her husband. This book might help me to understand why I wish she did not share this information.

  5. This is exactly what I am looking for right now. Balance in a life that is busy, in my personal life in moving back with my parents due to my dad being termonally ill, and a recent heartbreak. I’m depending on my spirituality and new ideas of mindfullness to get me through this time.

  6. I am just beginning to learn about Buddhists, Zen, Mindfulness, etc. beyond the generalizations. Eager learner that I am, my desire exceeds my budget! I would love to receive a copy of this book. Thanks for the opportunity.

  7. I am struggling with finding the right way to follow Buddhism and incorporate it into my everyday life. Especially balancing the philosophy of Buddhism and being a police officer. Maybe this would help.
