You Don’t Need to Recreate the Sun

Book coverThere is a sharp precision that exists in our life, which generally arises from some form of training and discipline, particularly the sitting practice of meditation. Not that meditation sharpens our perception, but sitting practice makes it possible for us to perceive sharply. It is a question of removing the clouds rather than of recreating the sun.
